• Not a Substitute: The content, including "AI Epistles" and "Guided Devotionals," is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Crisis Situations: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, severe anxiety, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact a professional doctor or emergency services immediately. DO NOT use this App for emergency needs.

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

• Generated Content: Features like "Personalized Epistle" use Artificial Intelligence to generate text based on religious datasets (e.g., KJV Bible).
• Accuracy: While we strive for spiritual alignment, AI may occasionally generate incorrect, repetitive, or contextually inappropriate responses. You agree to use your judgment when interpreting these messages.
• No Divine Authority: The output is algorithmically generated based on your input and scripture; it does not represent a direct communication from God or any specific religious authority.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium Features: Some features (e.g., Soul Radio, Deep Breath, Custom Moods) require a paid subscription ("BeHeld Premium").
• Billing: Payments are processed via your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple according to their refund policy.

5. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the personal text you input into the App.
• License: By using the sharing/gifting features, you grant us a license to process your text to generate the images/cards for your use.
• Conduct: You agree not to input content that is illegal, hateful, or abusive into the AI generation tools.
